Dr Avalon McCluskey

Dr Avalon completed medical school at the University of Queensland in 2021. She worked as a junior doctor at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a variety of specialties including obstetrics and gynae oncology. Dr Avalon recently completed a year as a general practice registrar within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service. Although interested in all areas of general practice, from these experiences Dr Avalon has developed a passion for women’s and Indigenous healthcare.

In her spare time she enjoys bouldering, scuba diving and walking her two dogs.
